I’m an online accountability/support coach with Beachbody who works with people locally in Pittsburgh, PA and online throughout the US, Canada, and other countries later this year! I work with people 1:1 and also provide a special online fitness accountability community with others who are going through the same process. I personally struggled with MY own weight for 14 years until I figured out how to lose weight in a healthy way, how to change my eating habits (including emotional, stress eating, over-eating), build a healthier lifestyle that I could actually stick with for the long-term, found effective at-home fitness routines, learned about nutrition, and found a system that supported me, lifted me up, and kept me from falling off track; ALL OF WHICH I SHARE WITH YOU as your free support coach.

- No crazy diet pills or magic powders, if I recommend something it is backed with strong scientific evidence, research, and has been proven to work (on regular people like you and me)
Motivation & Accountability & Online Bootcamps
- I provide daily motivation, health + fitness tips that have been researched from reputable sources, and resources in my monthly online bootcamps
- Tracking sheets for tracking progress, meal plan templates, food lists, recipes, and more resources
What Is An Online Bootcamp?
- Exclusive Online Closed Group on a (free) Tracker APP (where you can log activity) or in a private Facebook group

- Once I receive your health form I’ll email you back, we will set up a time to chat about your individual situation, goals, and what kind of help you’d like from me and what I recommend.
- My services in helping you are FREE and I am passionate about helping you succeed because I struggled for so long with my weight. On our call I like to get into the nitty-gritty details of your health/weight loss history, what has/has not worked for you, and troubleshoot to help you succeed. I help get you set up with the complete fitness and nutrition program that best suits your needs to get started and that is what you pay for. There are many different options and something for everyone’s budget. Every option is LESS than what you would pay for a gym membership and you get SO MUCH MORE. Then, you have me working with you as your personal coach as you go through your program and all year long. (There is no END date to my help!)
HOW MANY “diet’s” OR GYMS HAVE YOU TRIED AND FAILED AT?
I have tried so many! First let me tell you THIS is not about “going on a diet”. It is about creating a healthier life by creating healthier habits, doing effective exercise, and fueling your body with the proper nutrition in the right portions that will also take you to achieving your goals. No more “diet” mentally. You are not going on a diet, you will have your individual diet of foods that you choose eat, but otherwise we don’t use that word because this isn’t a fad or something that you’ll only do for a short period of time and then go back to all your unhealthy ways that brought you here in the first place. The goal is long-term health and maintained success! No more yo-yo!
I personally did not think I needed or wanted a coach when I was trying to lose weight and get in shape for so many years. I am independent and like to do things on my own. But I would have been able to achieve success 14 years SOONER had I looked into getting a coach. That’s so much waisted time it hurts. You miss all the shots you DON’T take. With this, you aren’t locked into anything and if it ends up not being for you that’s absolutely ok too. My goal is to help you and see you succeed in living a healthy and happy lifestyle.
