I made this Beef Chili last night for our Sunday night dinner and we both loved it! We were both craving beef over the weekend and luckily I had planned to make chili, so beef chili it was. I really think adding the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce really made it flavorful and “beefy”! We have a bunch leftover to have for lunches and a second dinner this week, which is something I always do to make cooking during the week easier. This beef chili would definitely be a crowd pleaser for any Super Bowl party while not totally throwing your healthy eating out of whack, as long as you don’t overdo it with the cheese and avocado toppings.
