I’m Kaitlin Frampton and I’ve struggled with my weight and a negative body image ever since 10th grade and now at age 31, and after trying everything under the sun and never giving up, I’ve FINALLY found a simple, healthy, lasting recipe for getting healthy and fit that has finally worked for me! I started this website to share what I’ve learned and continue to learn during my journey in hopes that I can help you too!

I share a TON of healthy, clean eating recipes, some not, because variety is the spice of life, as well as complete meal plans you can use!
